Injuries can be boiled down into three main categories: acute, overuse and chronic conditions. My sport rehabilitation training helps people suffering from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system by using a systematic process and integrating corrective exercise protocols. Manual based therapeutic interventions are implemented to maintain clients health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and improve movement.
