With over 20 years of martial arts experience my martial arts training has shown tremendous results for clients who take interest in these skill sets. I use martial arts to increase overall mobility, improve your body's pressure response, reduce body fat, stimulate muscle toning and improve self-confidence. Martial arts training consists of repetitive muscular actions so over time you'll build muscular endurance and improve joint function. I teach a variety of scientific innovative systems that range from kickboxing to reality based self-defense skills and more.
